Contract Manager at DP World – Lagos
DP World is recruiting a Contract Manager in Lagos to administer marine-vessel charters, oversee client relationships and coordinate the commercial and operational obligations of vessel contracts.
Responsibilities
- Manage vessel contracts throughout the period from on-hire to off-hire in accordance with the applicable charter party.
- Serve as the client’s principal contact throughout each charter.
- Examine scopes of work for enquiries and tenders, checking vessel, crew and operational capacity against the requirements.
- Advise the commercial team of downtime, deviations and other matters affecting contracts, invoicing or the client relationship.
- Work with the Offshore Director and commercial colleagues to maintain regular client contact and represent the business in the energy and marine sector.
