Green Grass Investment Nigeria Limited is recruiting a full-time Crushing Station Operator at its mining facility in Warra, Kebbi State, to operate equipment, process mining materials and support safe daily production.

Role overview

The employer seeks qualified, hardworking and physically fit candidates to fill the position of Crushing Station Operator at its mining facility in Kebbi State.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring crushing station equipment, assisting with the processing of mining materials and ensuring smooth daily production operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor crushing station machinery and equipment.
• Assist in crushing and processing mining materials.
• Track equipment performance and report operational faults.
• Keep proper handling of materials during production.
• Keep cleanliness and orderliness around the crushing station.
• Follow operational instructions and workplace safety regulations.
• Assist with routine equipment checks and maintenance.
• Work with other production team members to achieve daily targets.

Qualifications and requirements

• Educational Qualification: Minimum of Junior Secondary School Certificate Examination (JSSCE) or above.
• Experience: 1–3 years of progressive working experience in crushing station operations, mining, manufacturing or a related industrial environment.
• Must be physically strong, fit and capable of handling demanding industrial operations.
• Must be able to speak and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be hardworking, disciplined, responsible and safety-conscious.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
• Must be willing to work and reside in Kebbi State.

Salary

• N90,000 – N180,000 monthly.
