Customer Service Officer at Ego’s Kitchen and Delectable – Surulere
Ego’s Kitchen and Delectable is recruiting a full-time Customer Service Officer in Surulere, Lagos, to handle customer enquiries and orders, coordinate deliveries and support a positive customer experience.
Customer service and order management
- Respond courteously to customer enquiries and complaints.
- Receive and process customer orders accurately.
- Answer enquiries by telephone, WhatsApp and other customer communication channels.
- Work with the kitchen and dispatch teams to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time.
- Follow up with customers about satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
- Keep accurate records of orders, customer feedback and complaints.
Requirements
- Clear communication and good interpersonal skills.
- A polite, patient and customer-focused approach.
- Good organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a busy food-service environment.
- Previous customer-service experience is an advantage.
- Applicants must be able to work in Surulere, Lagos.
Remuneration
- Monthly salary of ₦80,000.
