Deputy Regional Branch Manager at The Simba Group – Sokoto State
The Simba Group is recruiting Deputy Regional Branch Managers in its Motorized Transport Division. Each role leads commercial performance and regional operations for two-wheeler and three-wheeler products, reporting to the Chief Business Officer.
Responsibilities
- Develop regional plans to meet sales, volume, profitability and market-share targets.
- Grow and manage dealer, distributor and fleet-customer relationships.
- Improve inventory planning, product availability and dealer-channel performance.
- Guide regional sales and service teams through performance reviews, coaching and accountability.
- Study competitor activity, regional demand and pricing to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate sales, after-sales service and supply-chain operations to improve customer experience.
- Oversee credit, collections, stock turnover and other operational performance measures.
- Report progress against revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction and dealer-development goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
- Eight to twelve years of progressive commercial or sales experience in automotive, two-/three-wheeler or FMCG distribution.
- At least three years in regional or senior leadership.
- Proven dealer-network management, revenue growth and sales-team leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of P&L, credit controls, inventory and business reporting.
- Comfort using CRM/ERP and sales performance systems, with readiness to travel for business.
