Digital Log Assistant and Data Analyst at Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited – Lagos
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is recruiting a Digital Log Assistant and Data Analyst in Lagos to digitise technical logs, verify digital records and maintain accessible geoscience archives.
Responsibilities
- Digitise sepia and transparent well logs using Neuralog professional software.
- Scan, catalogue and securely store legacy paper logs and technical documents.
- Check the quality of digitised files before archiving or uploading them into research databases.
- Index and archive logs, reports and records for reliable retrieval and apply the required document barcoding standards.
- Coordinate correspondence and outgoing documents from the manager’s office.
- Protect confidential information and maintain timely, quality-controlled and safety-conscious workflows.
Requirements
- BSc or HND in Sciences or Computer Science.
- At least five years’ relevant experience as a log digitiser and archivist.
- Good written English, report writing and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, together with professional archiving and indexing skills.
