Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the company’s online presence, promote its services, attract potential clients, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company’s social media platforms.
• Create and coordinate engaging marketing content, including graphics, promotional videos, jingles, and advertisements.
• Manage and update the company website to ensure accurate and engaging content.
• Plan and execute digital marketing and online advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive website traffic.
• Research and contact prospective clients through professional emails and other digital channels.
• Respond to online enquiries and maintain effective communication between customers and the company.
• Identify opportunities for lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth.
• Monitor digital marketing performance and prepare regular reports.

Requirements

• A Degree or equivalent qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or online advertising is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms, website management, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools, SEO, and digital analytics is an advantage.
