E-commerce & Growth Manager at an Undisclosed Fashion Brand (via FMR Agency) – Lagos

FMR Agency is recruiting a full-time E-commerce & Growth Manager for an undisclosed premium fashion and lifestyle brand in Ilupeju, Lagos. The role is responsible for accelerating online sales, expanding digital commercial partnerships and improving customer acquisition and retention.

E-commerce growth and partnerships

• Develop and execute strategies that increase revenue through digital sales channels.
• Build productive affiliate marketing and online commercial partnerships.
• Lead expansion into appropriate digital marketplaces, including Amazon, ASOS and eBay.
• Identify additional online retail channels, distribution opportunities and business collaborations.
• Work with marketing teams to improve customer acquisition and conversion.
• Use sales analytics and customer behaviour information to optimise online performance.
• Develop plans to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
• Monitor marketplace performance and identify improvements to commercial results.
• Prepare regular digital sales, growth and business development reports.
• Follow online retail trends, digital technologies and competitor developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field.
• At least five years of e-commerce, digital sales or business development experience.
• Proven record of growing sales in online retail, fashion, consumer products or similar businesses.
• Experience with marketplaces and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, ASOS, eBay or Shopify.
• Good understanding of affiliate partnerships, digital commerce and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical, commercial negotiation and relationship management ability.
• Experience in a fast-growing organisation is an advantage.
