Responsibilities
- Help learners present their experience effectively through improved CVs and LinkedIn profiles.
- Identify appropriate career opportunities and coordinate tailored job applications.
- Support interview preparation and provide practical job-search guidance.
- Track application outcomes and maintain consistent engagement with candidates.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and three to four years’ experience.
- Ability to provide individualised employability and application support.
- Strong communication, organisation and candidate-coaching skills.
