Executive Assistant to CEO at MykroGrid – Lagos

MykroGrid is recruiting an Executive Assistant to CEO in Lagos, Lagos State. The position will support the US-based Managing Director with executive priorities, analysis and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Organise the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, communications, travel and day-to-day priorities.
• Prepare briefing documents, reports, presentations and executive correspondence.
• Track strategic workstreams and follow up on agreed decisions and action items.
• Coordinate messages and meetings with internal teams and outside stakeholders.
• Investigate business questions, analyse information and provide useful decision support.
• Exercise discretion with sensitive information, anticipate executive needs and solve operational problems.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a relevant field.
• Experience supporting senior executives or working in a fast-moving business environment.
• Strong analytical judgement, written communication, organisation and initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and productivity software.
• Must live in Lagos and be willing to work flexible hours around the Managing Director’s US time zone.
• An MBA or other postgraduate qualification, preferably from Lagos Business School, and experience in strategy or operations are advantages.
