Finance and Operations Officer at Avetium Outsourcing Limited – Lagos

Avetium Outsourcing Limited is hiring a contract Finance and Operations Officer in Lagos to maintain financial controls and support effective day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Keep transaction records, ledgers, invoices and receipts complete and accurate.
• Support company and departmental budgeting, spending control and financial planning.
• Reconcile banks, track cash flow and prepare monthly and quarterly statements.
• Support audits, tax records, payroll, staff expense claims and payments to vendors.
• Review operational processes, costs, profitability and resource allocation to improve efficiency.
• Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, banks, auditors and service providers.
• Assist with HR administration, onboarding, policy compliance and personnel records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Operations Management.
• At least three years of relevant finance, operations or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting packages such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Good communication skills.
