Executive Chef at Bolton White Group – Abuja
Bolton White Group is recruiting a full-time Executive Chef in Abuja to lead its hotel culinary operations and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and guest service.
Responsibilities
- Create menus that suit the hotel’s brand, guest needs and dining outlets.
- Lead, supervise and develop kitchen employees, chefs and support teams.
- Maintain consistent quality, hygiene, presentation and safe food practices across restaurants, banquets and room service.
- Control food budgets, purchasing, inventory, supplier relationships and operating costs.
- Work with hotel management on seasonal offerings, events and distinctive guest dining experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ten to fifteen years of relevant professional experience.
