Experience Officer at GIG Mobility – Awka, Anambra
GIG Mobility is recruiting a full-time Experience Officer in Awka, Anambra State, to provide flight-booking and travel support services.
Responsibilities
- Search and recommend domestic and international flights suited to customers’ travel needs and budgets.
- Book seats, issue tickets and prepare or amend travel itineraries.
- Manage rebookings, route changes, refunds, exchanges and cancellations in accordance with airline policies.
- Explain baggage allowances, travel documentation, airport processes and airline requirements.
- Monitor schedule changes, disruptions and cancellations and respond promptly to travellers.
- Maintain booking and customer records and liaise with airlines and travel partners.
- Provide guidance on optional accommodation, ground transfers, travel insurance and tours.
- Resolve complaints professionally and stay informed about relevant fare rules and travel requirements.
