Client Relations and Operations Officer at Pven Technologies – Kubwa, Abuja
Pven Technologies is recruiting a part-time Client Relations and Operations Officer in Kubwa, Abuja, to manage enquiries, coordinate client orders and improve service quality.
Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to clients by telephone, WhatsApp and approved channels and build trusted relationships.
- Follow up enquiries, clarify service requirements and convert suitable leads into confirmed orders.
- Confirm payments, document order specifications and coordinate resources and delivery timelines.
- Track orders and promptly resolve delivery problems, client complaints and changing requirements.
- Maintain accurate enquiries, financial records, order histories and customer feedback.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for the Director on service delivery, revenue and improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards and recommend ways to improve service and business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- One to two years’ work experience.
- Strong professional communication, persuasion, client service and organisational skills.
Salary
₦100,000 per month.
