Position Title: Facility Executive.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Facility Executive job opportunity is available at Strada Media Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Source for and oversee providers for services including security, cleaning, and other vendors.
- Supervise the cleaners and security personnel on their duties.
- Proactively ensure periodic checks and maintenance of water pump, vehicles, vehicle papers, generator, air conditioners, electrical fittings, and other company facilitiesin the premises to prevent down time.
- Proactively ensure the safety of employees and the organization.
- Ensure to track the company vehicles and monitor fuel consumption of vehicles and generators.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness in procurement of diesel, fuel, vehicle parts, and other facility fixtures.
- Manage parking space, workspace, and ensure the safety of the premises.
- Ensure the beautification, and cleanliness of the work space, and sub spaces within the premises.
- Ensure that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations.
- Plan for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements.
- Oversee any renovations, relocation, refurbishments and building projects.
- Prepare maintenance reports.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- HND in Facility Management, and related disciplines.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to make fast decisions, lead and manage teams and projects.
- Teamworking.
- Attention to detail and forecasting abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Organizational and administrative skills, time management, prioritizing and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload.
- Technology savvy.
