Farm Operations Manager at LEAM Consulting Limited – Akinyele, Oyo
LEAM Consulting Limited is recruiting a full-time Farm Operations Manager in Onidundun, Akinyele Local Government Area, Oyo State. The role focuses on productive poultry operations, flock health and farm sales.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily poultry care, feeding, health monitoring and harvesting activities.
- Coordinate vaccination and medication programmes for the livestock.
- Supervise farm workers and organise work to support efficient operations.
- Manage sales of farm products and maintain accurate operational and sales records.
Qualifications and skills
- At least an OND in Agriculture, Animal Science or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in poultry operations and farm sales.
- Sound understanding of poultry health, farm processes and productivity.
- Leadership, organisation and practical problem-solving ability.
Salary
₦120,000–₦130,000 per month.
