Farm Manager at BW Agro Farms Limited – Ndiowu, Orumba North
BW Agro Farms Limited is recruiting a Farm Manager on contract in Ndiowu, Orumba North, Anambra State. The role coordinates integrated crop and livestock operations, labour, resources and financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule cultivation, harvesting and livestock care; create plans, work programmes and budgets.
- Monitor crop output, animal health, weather and environmental conditions and address operational problems.
- Direct and train farm employees, contractors and seasonal staff.
- Maintain equipment and infrastructure, oversee farm inputs and manage inventory and costs.
- Implement safe, lawful and sustainable farm practices.
- Work with agronomists, veterinarians and other experts, keeping accurate production and financial records.
- Market farm products, monitor customer and sector trends, and participate in relevant agricultural events or trials.
Monthly salary range: ₦200,000–₦300,000.
