Female Matron at Gemstone Institute of Advance Studies – Karu, Abuja
Gemstone Institute of Advance Studies is seeking a live-in Female Matron in Karu, Abuja, to supervise students’ welfare, wellbeing and hostel discipline.
Responsibilities
- Oversee students’ welfare and day-to-day supervision in the institute’s hostel.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness and orderly hostel routines.
- Monitor student health, hygiene and daily activities.
- Safeguard residents and respond appropriately to emergencies or incidents of misconduct.
Requirements
- BSc in Nursing, a medical discipline or a related field.
- Female applicant aged 40 or above.
- Experience as a matron, housemistress or caregiver is an advantage.
- Firm yet caring approach, good communication skills and ability to support teenagers.
- Discipline and the stated expectation of being God-fearing.
- Willingness to reside at the institute.
