Field Officer at EMGE Resources Limited – FMC Ebute-Metta, Lagos
EMGE Resources Limited is hiring a full-time, on-site Field Officer at Federal Medical Centre, Ebute-Metta, Lagos, to support pharmacy and patient-record platform operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacy staff by recording dispensed medicines and sales accurately on the company platform.
- Carry out daily physical stock counts and reconcile inventory with system balances.
- Compare daily payments with recorded sales and investigate differences.
- Register patients and complete computer-based records and correspondence.
- Identify platform issues, send clear reports with screenshots or photographs, and follow up with head office until resolution.
Requirements
- OND or HND qualification with strong computer and email skills.
- Good numerical ability, accuracy and attention to detail for stocks and payments.
- Trustworthiness, independence and willingness to learn new software quickly.
- Experience in a pharmacy or dispensary is an advantage.
- Residence around Ebute-Metta, Yaba or Lagos Mainland and availability to resume immediately.
