HR Operations Lead (Real Estate) at Outsource Nigeria – Lekki, Lagos

Outsource Nigeria is recruiting a full-time HR Operations Lead for real-estate operations in Lekki Aviation Town, Lagos, to manage people processes, employee relations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations, workforce planning and policy implementation for the organisation.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, employee records, performance management and staff development.
• Coordinate employee relations, disciplinary issues, welfare, compensation, payroll and benefits.
• Maintain compliance with Nigerian labour laws, employment standards and internal HR procedures.
• Supervise HR officers and assistants and strengthen people-management accountability.
• Develop HR reports, workforce indicators, process improvements and recommendations to management.
• Support the Head of Operations or Managing Director with organisational planning and administrative priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Five to eight years’ progressive HR experience, including two to three years in a supervisory, management or HR operations leadership position.
• Experience in employee relations, payroll coordination, performance systems, recruitment, reporting and compliance.
• Real estate, property development, construction or commercial-sector experience is preferred.
• A postgraduate qualification or CIPM, SHRM or CIPD certification is an advantage.
• Sound judgment, leadership, stakeholder management, problem solving and HR data-analysis skills.

Salary and benefits

Gross salary of ₦800,000 per month, with pension, statutory benefits, approved leave, training and career development opportunities.
