An undisclosed fintech employer is recruiting Field Sales Agents for Lagos Island, Ikeja, Surulere and Yaba through Kennedia Consulting Limited to acquire customers and support sales growth.

Job Summary

• We are a seeking motivated and target-driven Field Sales Agents to promote its products and services, acquire new customers, and drive sales growth across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote the company’s products and services.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct field visits and engage prospective clients within assigned locations.
• Produce regular sales reports and provide updates on sales activities.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant sales experience.
• Must be 32 years old or below.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in the field and achieve sales targets.
• Must be proactive, persuasive, and customer-focused.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary of N202,000.
