Field Sales Lead at Moniepoint Incorporated – Kano

Moniepoint Incorporated is recruiting a Field Sales Lead in Kano to lead Field Sales Agent teams, support business acquisition and deliver regional sales targets. The role reports to the Head of Customer Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and coach Field Sales Agents to meet territory acquisition goals.
• Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews and coaching conversations, and track sales productivity.
• Manage regional headcount needs and maintain a pipeline of prospective sales agents.
• Monitor daily activity, pipeline quality, conversion rates and CRM updates.
• Coordinate the handover of newly acquired businesses to implementation teams and share field insights with other departments.
• Report sales, recruitment, onboarding and quality metrics to management.

Requirements

• Four to five years of field sales, B2B sales or territory management experience.
• At least one to two years in a team leader, coordinator or supervisory position.
• Demonstrated success recruiting and developing sales agents and meeting acquisition targets.
• Strong coaching, communication, leadership, CRM and data-analysis skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical field sales experience is preferred.
