Finance Associate at an Undisclosed Financial Services Organisation via TeamAce – Victoria Island, Lagos
A financial services organisation is hiring a full-time Finance Associate in Victoria Island, Lagos, through TeamAce Limited.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile bank statements, cashbooks and other accounts on time.
- Prepare financial, transaction and settlement reports covering multiple payment channels.
- Investigate transaction discrepancies and support fraud monitoring and internal controls.
- Assist with finance operations, account reconciliations and regulatory reporting.
- Coordinate with internal colleagues to protect the accuracy and integrity of bank records.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance or a related discipline.
- Two to three years’ professional finance experience.
- Mandatory prior experience in banking, microfinance banking or another financial institution.
- Practical understanding of financial reconciliation, settlements, reporting and controls.
- Strong analytical ability, accuracy, discretion, integrity and effectiveness under pressure.
