Front Desk Officer at Ecofitness Hub – Lokogoma and Maitama, Abuja
Ecofitness Hub is recruiting two full-time Front Desk Officers for its Lokogoma and Maitama locations in Abuja.
Customer service and memberships
- Welcome visitors, check in members and explain gym packages and facilities.
- Respond promptly to calls, messages and enquiries, resolve concerns and escalate feedback.
- Promote memberships, personal training, wellness products and current programmes.
- Maintain member details, payment records and membership access information.
- Process card and bank-transfer payments as directed.
Front desk operations
- Monitor member and visitor access and report security concerns.
- Handle correspondence, filing, data entry, deliveries and inventory for front desk supplies.
- Maintain clean, organised reception and shared areas.
- Support social media content, marketing campaigns and community outreach.
- Enforce facility hygiene and safety rules, assist with emergency procedures and attend staff training.
