Cellulose Medical Diagnostics is recruiting a full-time Front Desk / Customer Experience Officer in Mabushi, Abuja. The role requires a warm, organised and service-oriented professional who can respond to patients and other visitors courteously.
Requirements
- BSc in Information Technology or a related field, or relevant polytechnic-level training.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage clients professionally and offer good customer service.
- Confidence working with minimal supervision and managing several tasks.
- Basic arithmetic skills, organisation and attention to service quality.
