Customer Care and Administrative Officer at Genade Homes – Durumi, Abuja
Genade Homes Limited is hiring a full-time Customer Care and Administrative Officer in Area 1, Durumi, Abuja. The successful candidate will handle visitors, phone calls and online messages while supporting administration and client follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Welcome office visitors and provide professional assistance.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and customer messages through WhatsApp, email and social media.
- Respond to enquiries, resolve complaints, escalate complex issues and keep clients informed.
- Maintain up-to-date customer databases and accurate records.
- Meet response-time targets and submit periodic service reports.
- Support filing, documentation, schedules, correspondence and day-to-day office administration.
- Coordinate customer follow-ups and appointments with the sales team.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a corporate work environment.
- Excellent in-person, telephone and written communication skills.
- Calm, polite, presentable and customer-focused approach, including when handling difficult enquiries.
- Good organisation, multitasking and Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.
- Experience with CRM or helpdesk platforms is an advantage, as is prior sales or real estate work.
- Residence in Abuja or ability to work from Abuja.
Salary
₦120,000–₦150,000 monthly.
