DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
• Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
• Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
• Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and takedown messages.
• Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
• Monitor, organize, and forward emails.
• Track and order office equipment and supplies.
• Maintain records and files.
• Oversee the office budget.

WHO IS West African Vocational Education (WAVE)?

West African Vocational Education (WAVE) – Our client, Golden Bunch Schools started its operation in 2003. It commenced its operation in the Reception and Nursery Education service to children 1 to 5 years. Since then, the school has grown remarkably, and today is a force to reckon with as a great citadel of learning offering a first-class education from the Reception to the Basic levels.

The Primary section was established in August 2003. It has been operating as an elementary school, taking care of pupils ranging from 6 to 11 years. The Golden Bunch Christ Liberty College is the secondary arm of Golden Bunch Schools. The school is located on a serene environment in Ilaro, located in Egbado South of Ogun State, a 30 minutes drive from Sango Otta. It is a very quiet town, the indigenes are friendly, warm, and receptive.
