General Manager at an FMCG Company via Kiyix Recruitment Hub – Mushin, Lagos State
A fast-moving consumer goods company is hiring a full-time General Manager in Mushin, Lagos, through Kiyix Recruitment Hub, to lead business operations, profitability and cross-departmental performance.
Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction and lead daily business operations.
- Plan initiatives for growth, profitability and productivity.
- Oversee sales, logistics, finance and administrative departments.
- Set performance targets, monitor departmental goals and lead senior staff.
- Manage budgets, operating costs and allocation of resources.
- Produce management reports and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related discipline.
- At least seven years’ managerial experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Experience leading multiple departments and delivering business targets.
- Strong leadership, planning, financial awareness, communication and analytical problem-solving.
- Must reside in Mushin or surrounding parts of Lagos.
Salary
₦800,000 per month.
