General Manager at DreamCity Property & Investment Limited – Jabi, Abuja

DreamCity Property & Investment Limited is recruiting a full-time General Manager in Jabi, Abuja, to lead business growth, operational performance, project delivery and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic priorities for the business unit and align activities with the group’s wider objectives.
• Lead business development across real estate, construction and hospitality activities.
• Oversee construction and property projects, including budgets, delivery standards, risks and schedules.
• Improve business processes, organisational efficiency and service delivery.
• Guide sales teams, customer relationships, commercial strategy and deal execution.
• Oversee hospitality operations and maintain customer-service standards.
• Liaise with government agencies, regulators and industry stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Partner with finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and cost management.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams and monitor performance against agreed indicators.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Banking or a related discipline.
• At least ten years’ relevant progressive experience, including at least five years at senior leadership level.
• Relevant professional certifications in management, business development, operations or related fields.
• Experience at bank branch-manager level, in construction or within a reputable organisation, with a record of business growth and operational improvement.
• Knowledge of Nigerian real estate, construction and hospitality markets and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, financial management and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Ability to manage teams, competing priorities and multiple business functions.
