HR / Admin Intern at Prestigious Consulting Group – Lagos (Remote)
Prestigious Consulting Group is recruiting a remote HR / Admin Intern in Lagos to support recruitment, employee records and virtual administration.
Responsibilities
- Publish job openings and assist with screening and shortlisting candidates.
- Arrange virtual interviews and support employee onboarding.
- Maintain staff records and prepare HR reports, memos and correspondence.
- Assist with digital filing, data entry and other administrative processes.
- Participate in HR projects and virtual meetings while protecting confidential information and following company policies.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Zero to one year of HR or administrative experience; previous internship experience is an advantage.
- Good organisation, multitasking and written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Reliable internet connectivity and the ability to work independently.
