Admin / HR Assistant at HOP Services Limited – Port Harcourt

HOP Services Limited is recruiting a full-time Admin / HR Assistant in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The role supports administration, human resources, inventory and project coordination across the organisation’s business units.

Key responsibilities

Administration and HR

• Maintain office records, correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, schedules and trackers.
• Support recruitment, screening, interview coordination, onboarding and employee record management.
• Track attendance, leave, probation, appraisals, staff development and HR documentation.

Inventory and operations

• Maintain stock and asset records, track supplies and equipment movement, conduct periodic counts and report shortages or maintenance needs.
• Coordinate project tasks, progress updates and deadlines across HOP Academy, HOP Cleaning, HOP Management Consulting and Little Afrika.
• Follow up on deliverables, support vendors and internal teams, and escalate operational issues when necessary.

Qualifications and skills

• At least an OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management or a related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; HR software or project-management tools is an advantage.
• Previous experience in administration, HR or operations support is an advantage.
• Strong organisation, recordkeeping, reporting, communication, accountability and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, work independently and collaborate effectively.

Salary

₦130,000 per month.
