Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) at Premium HR Solution – Lekki

Premium HR Solution is recruiting a full-time Human Resource Business Partner for a hybrid role in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The HRBP will manage recruitment, employee records, payroll support, staff performance and HR systems while helping establish reliable workplace processes.

Recruitment and employee lifecycle

• Support recruitment for technical and non-technical vacancies, including interviews, candidate assessment and selection.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, promotion and exit processes.
• Maintain employee records and accurate HR documentation.
• Manage leave, attendance and workforce data.

Payroll and employee relations

• Verify staff data and employment changes during payroll preparation.
• Work with Finance to support timely pay processing and address discrepancies.
• Handle employee enquiries, disciplinary concerns and conflict resolution.
• Monitor outsourced and field staff attendance, compliance and payroll accuracy.

Compliance, performance and learning

• Apply Nigerian labour law, company policies and relevant oil and gas regulatory requirements.
• Support HSE compliance activities with operating teams.
• Coordinate staff performance reviews, KPIs and reporting.
• Contribute to training, staff development and HR systems improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant HR experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Practical knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations and workforce records.
• Good understanding of Nigerian employment regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and people-management skills.

Salary and benefits

Monthly net salary budget of ₦220,000–₦250,000, stated as inclusive of benefits such as a 13th-month payment, leave allowance, training and growth opportunities.
