HVAC Technical Service Manager via Ascentech Services Limited – Victoria Island, Lagos

An undisclosed technical services employer is recruiting an HVAC Technical Service Manager in Victoria Island, Lagos, through Ascentech Services Limited to oversee after-sales support, complaints, warranties and service coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints and escalations, ensuring appropriate resolution and follow-up.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, warranty claims and other after-sales activities.
• Work with technical personnel to investigate and resolve equipment-related issues.
• Monitor service requests, communicate progress to customers and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare service-performance reports and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Two to four years of relevant customer-service or after-sales experience.
• Experience in HVAC, engineering or technical-equipment sectors is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of warranty administration, customer complaints and service coordination.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP systems.

Salary

₦300,000–₦500,000 net per month.
