HVAC Technician / Engineer at BNA Nigeria Limited – Victoria Island

BNA Nigeria Limited is recruiting a full-time HVAC Technician / Engineer in Victoria Island, Lagos, to install, service and troubleshoot air-conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation and cold-room systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, commission, maintain and repair split, cassette, ducted, VRF/VRV and chiller systems.
• Work on commercial refrigeration, cold rooms, walk-in chillers and freezers.
• Carry out refrigerant recovery, leak testing, evacuation, pressure checks and recharging.
• Diagnose compressor, evaporator, condenser, valve, motor, thermostat and control-system faults.
• Interpret technical diagrams, equipment specifications and wiring documents.
• Attend client service calls, keep clear maintenance records and make repair recommendations.
• Follow site safety standards and coordinate with customers, facility teams and colleagues.

Requirements

• Practical HVAC technician or engineering experience, preferably with commercial or industrial plant.
• Sound refrigeration, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Ability to use HVAC diagnostic equipment and read technical documentation.
• Customer service, teamwork, safety awareness and readiness for onsite service calls.
