Sales Consultant at House of Fevi – Lekki Phase 1, Lagos (Hybrid)

House of Fevi is recruiting a Sales Consultant in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, for a full-time hybrid role. The position focuses on property sales, customer relationships and market development.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up sales leads through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Conduct property inspections, site visits, client consultations and property allocation activities.
• Explain property products such as land and buildings, identify customer needs and recommend suitable options.
• Maintain client relationships, negotiate sales terms and close deals.
• Keep accurate sales records and prepare periodic reports.
• Monitor market and competitor trends and collaborate with colleagues on sales campaigns.
• Address customer enquiries and provide after-sales support.

Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to meet targets, work independently and collaborate within a team.
• Familiarity with digital sales tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A bachelor’s degree, HND or OND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Previous sales, marketing or business development experience is an advantage.
• Female applicants are preferred, as are applicants based along the Lekki axis of Lagos.

Salary

₦200,000 per month.
