Import Documentation Officer / Logistics Assistant via IINL Recruiters – Ikeja

A growing pharmaceutical company in Ikeja, Lagos, is recruiting a full-time Import Documentation Officer / Logistics Assistant through IINL Recruiters. The position is based on-site five days a week and supports import documentation, customs processing and supply-chain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, initiate and track import documentation, including Form M, Pre-Arrival Assessment Reports (PAAR), bills of lading, airway bills and commercial invoices.
• Assist with NAFDAC electronic permit and clearance processes for pharmaceutical raw materials and finished products.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, clearing agents, terminal operators and the Nigeria Customs Service to reduce avoidable clearance delays and demurrage.
• Monitor inbound shipments and maintain accurate tracking sheets and status reports for management.
• Support documentation and procedures relating to CBN import rules and customs requirements.

Qualifications and requirements

• At least one year’s hands-on experience in import documentation or logistics.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing or FMCG is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Nigeria’s Single Window system, CBN import guidance and Incoterms.
• Strong organisation, numerical accuracy and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Residence near Ikeja or the ability to commute comfortably to the workplace five days weekly.

Pay and working arrangement

Gross monthly salary: ₦150,000–₦200,000. Fully on-site, five days per week.
