Architect & Project Manager at an Interior Design Company via R & R Recruiting – Lagos
An interior design business in Lagos is recruiting a full-time Architect and Project Manager through R & R Recruiting Services. The position combines interior design development with coordination of projects, suppliers and installations.
Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts and prepare architectural layouts, technical drawings and design specifications.
- Create 3D visualisations to communicate design proposals.
- Coordinate production work, suppliers, artisans and on-site activities.
- Monitor project budgets, delivery schedules and installations.
- Ensure completed work meets quality standards and agreed timelines.
Qualifications and requirements
- Degree in Architecture or another relevant design field.
- Two to four years’ relevant experience.
- Proficiency in architectural design, technical drawing and 3D visualisation software.
- Strong project management, organisation and coordination skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving and collaborative working abilities.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous projects is required.
