Indian Chef at Ascentech Services Limited – Ilorin
Ascentech Services Limited is recruiting a full-time Indian Chef in Ilorin, Kwara State, to prepare authentic Indian dishes and maintain consistent quality, presentation and food hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Prepare biryani, curries, dal, naan, roti, tandoori foods and vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals.
- Prepare spice mixes, marinades, sauces and ingredients using suitable Indian culinary methods.
- Maintain recipe consistency, portions, presentation and timely service.
- Contribute to menu planning and daily kitchen preparation.
- Enforce food hygiene, cleanliness and safe kitchen practices.
- Monitor ingredient stocks and report purchase needs while minimising wastage.
Requirements
- At least two years’ hands-on experience preparing authentic Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Indian recipes, spices, ingredients and culinary techniques.
- Ability to prepare varied vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus.
- Awareness of kitchen sanitation, stock management and food safety.
- Culinary training or certification is an advantage.
- Willingness to work full-time in Ilorin.
Salary
₦120,000–₦180,000 monthly.
