Restaurant General Manager via LEAM Consulting – Fate, Ilorin

A restaurant operator is recruiting a General Manager in Fate, Ilorin, Kwara State, through LEAM Consulting Limited to oversee daily restaurant operations, staff performance and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff assignments, team performance and daily service delivery.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, labour costs, inventory and food wastage.
• Review financial performance with department leads and coordinate kitchen and service teams.
• Develop promotional activities, corporate bookings and events to expand revenue.

Requirements

• HND or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Four to five years of senior management experience, preferably in a restaurant, fast-food or hospitality setting.
• At least three years’ experience in administration, human resources management and people operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication and independent management skills.

Salary

₦250,000–₦300,000 per month.
