Club Waitress (10 Openings) via HCER Consulting – Victoria Island, Lagos
An unnamed nightlife venue is recruiting ten full-time Club Waitresses in Victoria Island, Lagos, through HCER Consulting Limited to provide guest and table service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patrons, take accurate drinks and menu orders and serve guests in dining and VIP areas.
- Check guest satisfaction, answer requests and relay orders to kitchen and bar colleagues.
- Keep tables and service spaces neat, handle billing and payments and escalate complaints appropriately.
- Maintain professional conduct, hygiene, grooming standards and teamwork during busy club service.
Requirements
- The employer specifies female applicants for the ten available positions.
- At least a National Diploma.
- Previous club, lounge, bar, hotel or restaurant experience is an advantage.
- Confident, outgoing and attentive customer service, communication, punctuality and teamwork.
- Ability to work in an energetic nightlife setting and follow its professional presentation and service standards.
