Internal Control Associate at Lily Hospitals Limited – Port Harcourt

Lily Hospitals Limited is recruiting a full-time Internal Control Associate in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The role supports risk assessment, process improvement and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Examine internal business processes and assess whether control measures are effective.
• Identify control weaknesses, operational risk and opportunities to improve practices.
• Document findings and present clear reports to relevant teams.
• Follow up agreed corrective actions and analyse operational and financial data.
• Support compliance with organisational policies, regulations and applicable standards.
• Collaborate with business units to strengthen internal processes and complete assigned control work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of internal controls, risk management and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical judgement, problem-solving, written and verbal communication and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in internal control, audit, accounting or risk management is advantageous.
• ACA, ACCA or CIA certification, or progress towards it, is an advantage.
