Inventory Finance Manager at Dangote Group – Obajana, Kogi

Dangote Group is recruiting an Inventory Finance Manager in Obajana, Kogi State, to oversee inventory accounting, stock valuation and related financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accounting, valuation, reconciliations and reporting.
• Arrange regular stock and account audits to support the accuracy of financial statements.
• Work with supply chain and operations colleagues to control inventory costs and optimise stock levels.
• Analyse inventory performance and provide management reports and recommendations.
• Develop inventory finance procedures, safeguard internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Five to seven years of relevant finance experience, with a focus on inventory management.
• Professional accounting certification such as ACA or ACCA is desirable.
• Strong inventory accounting knowledge, analytical ability and financial reporting skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and SAP, alongside advanced Excel skills.
• Sound judgement, integrity, organisation and communication.
