Retail Sales & Online Store Assistant at Rollin Technologies – Ikeja, Lagos
Rollin Technologies is recruiting a full-time Retail Sales & Online Store Assistant in Ikeja, Lagos, to convert walk-in and online enquiries into sales and manage everyday online store activity.
Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in customers, identify product needs, recommend suitable options and complete sales.
- Respond to social media and online enquiries, follow up potential buyers and process orders.
- Update online product images, descriptions, prices and stock availability accurately.
- Support social media comments, messages, postings and customer engagement.
- Create simple product videos and promotional content using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
- Maintain customer and product records and escalate service problems when necessary.
- Work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with Saturdays on rotation.
Requirements
- Strong practical selling skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Experience responding to enquiries, following up customers and processing orders.
- Basic computer proficiency and accurate product-information management.
- Ability to produce simple social media posts, designs or short product videos.
- Good communication, organisation and independent working skills.
- Ability to work the stated hours and commute reliably to the Ikeja store.
