Land Surveyor at Primovet Engineering Limited – Lagos
Primovet Engineering Limited is recruiting a full-time Land Surveyor in Lagos to carry out land, building and topographical surveys and support accurate engineering and construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct land, building and topographical surveys using modern surveying equipment and software.
- Produce accurate survey maps, technical drawings and reports.
- Establish property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions of land parcels.
- Work with engineers, architects and project managers to maintain survey accuracy.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments.
- Follow applicable laws, professional codes and safety standards.
Qualifications and experience
- BSc or HND in Surveying, Geoinformatics or a related discipline.
- At least four years of professional surveying experience.
- Practical proficiency with GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD and other surveying tools.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid professional licence or registration where applicable.
