Lawyer at Royal Resource Management – Kaduna
Royal Resource Management is recruiting a commercially minded Lawyer in Kaduna to advise on contracts, digital business, technology regulation and corporate compliance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
- Advise business teams on technology, artificial intelligence, digital commerce and data protection.
- Address intellectual property issues and compliance obligations.
- Conduct legal research, identify risks and recommend practical legal solutions.
- Collaborate with commercial and technical colleagues on business matters.
Requirements
- LL.B and BL qualifications.
- Two to five years of relevant legal practice experience.
- Strong research, legal drafting and communication capabilities.
- Comfortable using digital tools, with knowledge of AI and data privacy matters.
