Learning Academy Director at Crown Interactive – Lagos

Crown Interactive is recruiting a Learning Academy Director in Lagos to build the Crown Interactive Academy into a commercially sustainable technology training and certification platform. The hybrid, full-time role supports adoption of 1Gov, CuBOSS and CICOD and develops certified implementation capability across the Group.

Academy strategy and commercial development

• Develop the Academy portfolio, programme pricing, revenue model and annual operating plan.
• Align training programmes with customer adoption and business growth objectives.
• Develop institutional, instructor and partner relationships to expand delivery and accreditation.

Curriculum, certification and delivery

• Build role-based curricula, assessments, certifications and continuing certification requirements.
• Maintain version control as products change and protect assessment integrity through quality assurance.
• Plan instructors, cohorts, platforms and training logistics across markets.
• Monitor enrolment, completion, pass rates, learner satisfaction and post-training outcomes.

Implementation capacity and collaboration

• Build networks of certified implementers, administrators and support specialists.
• Measure the impact of training on product adoption and implementation quality.
• Work with Group business leaders on capability forecasts, CTIO/CTO on technical accuracy, CMO on demand and positioning, and regional teams on local delivery.
• Set delivery and certification standards, recommend pricing and accreditation, approve outcomes within standards and allocate approved Academy resources.

Qualifications and experience

• Relevant degree; professional training or learning qualifications are an advantage.
• Strong understanding of adult learning, assessment, certification and digital learning platforms.
• Senior experience in learning, professional certification, technology enablement or capability development.
• Experience managing commercial training portfolios, quality standards and instructor or partner networks.
• Strong programme management, strategic judgement, commercial awareness and the ability to measure training impact.
