Business Support Executive – Operations at Katchey Company Limited – Ikeja

Katchey Company Limited is recruiting a full-time Business Support Executive – Operations in Ikeja, Lagos, to support order processing, compliance and shipment logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Process approved customer orders with suppliers, checking specifications and agreed shipment timelines.
• Manage Letters of Credit and the associated documentation and compliance requirements.
• Handle import documentation, clearance permits and statutory requirements, working with regulators and relevant authorities to support shipment and goods clearance.
• Receive consignments and check them against packing lists and shipping documents.
• Monitor shipments, address problems proactively and escalate unresolved issues promptly to the Line Manager.
• Submit accurate reports on time and carry out other assigned duties aligned with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology or Biotechnology, with at least Second Class Upper or Upper Credit.
• At least two years of relevant work experience covering regulatory work involving NAFDAC, order fulfilment, import/export clearance and a laboratory environment as an Analyst or Laboratory Technologist.

Skills

• Regulatory relationship management, particularly NAFDAC, and an understanding of importation and compliance processes.
• Strong documentation, report writing and spoken and written communication.
• Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective multitasking and time management, initiative, adaptability and a practical approach to solving problems and learning new concepts.

Salary

₦200,000–₦250,000 per month.
