Social Media Manager at Bergstein Hospital – Ikorodu

Bergstein Hospital is recruiting a full-time Social Media Manager in Ikorodu, Lagos, to develop its digital presence and promote healthcare services and patient engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop social media strategy aligned with hospital goals and manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn.
• Create graphics, videos, reels, educational and promotional posts, campaign material and a consistent content calendar.
• Promote services, specialist consultations, health campaigns, events and public-health awareness, coordinating approved staff and service photography and video.
• Respond professionally to comments, messages, reviews and enquiries, and build campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, enquiries and appointment bookings.
• Manage paid advertising, analyse social and campaign results, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Research healthcare trends and work with management and departments to keep communications accurate and consistent.
• Protect patient confidentiality, obtain appropriate consent and comply with healthcare advertising and professional standards.

Requirements

• At least OND, HND or a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Public Relations or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant social media management or digital marketing experience, with evidence of engaging content and audience growth.
• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar content tools, plus Meta Business Suite, scheduling and paid advertising platforms.
• Excellent writing, communication, creativity and organisation, with basic analytics, campaign optimisation and digital-marketing knowledge.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage several campaigns.
• Healthcare or other service-organisation experience and a portfolio or links to managed accounts are advantages.

Remuneration and benefits

• ₦150,000 monthly basic remuneration.
