Learning and Development Analyst at Seven Up Bottling Company – Lagos

Seven Up Bottling Company seeks a Learning and Development Analyst in Lagos to coordinate employee training, administer learning records and assess development results.

Key responsibilities

• Work with HR and departmental leaders to identify workforce skills gaps and training requirements.
• Coordinate technical, functional, leadership and compliance programmes at offices, factories and regional sites.
• Administer learning-management systems, training schedules, course records and completion reports.
• Assess programme effectiveness through surveys, evaluations and performance measures.
• Analyse training participation, expenditure and outcomes and support vendor and budget management.
• Support career-development plans, competency frameworks, digital learning and succession initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Education or a related field.
• Two to five years of experience in L&D, human resources, training or talent development.
• Training-needs analysis, evaluation, learning platforms and sound data reporting skills.
• Excel, Word and PowerPoint competence; Power BI or LMS experience beneficial.
• CIPM, CIPD, ATD or another L&D professional certification is an advantage.
