Logistics Officer at AG Industries Limited (Royal Gad) – Ibadan

AG Industries Limited (Royal Gad) is recruiting a full-time Logistics Officer in Ibadan, Oyo State, to coordinate finished-product dispatch, deliveries and fleet operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transfers of finished goods from production to the warehouse and distribution points.
• Process dispatch orders with sales and warehouse colleagues and verify quantities, product details and delivery documents.
• Monitor loading, transport, deliveries, product returns, damaged stock and rejected goods.
• Maintain accurate dispatch, delivery and returns documentation.
• Coordinate company drivers, fleet vehicles and external transport providers.
• Manage vehicle availability, servicing, fuel, mileage, transport spending and trip records.
• Confirm driver licences and adherence to road safety policies, and escalate transport incidents and breakdowns.

Requirements

• Applicants must reside close to New Garage, Ibadan.
• Ability to coordinate drivers, deliveries and logistics records accurately.
