Storekeeper at Undisclosed Company – Lekki

A hospitality organisation in Lekki, Lagos, is recruiting a full-time Storekeeper to manage the hotel’s stock and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and record deliveries, verifying quantities and conditions against approved documents.
• Maintain precise records of stock received, issued, returned and remaining, and release items only against authorised requisitions.
• Conduct stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, monitor expiry dates and reduce wastage and losses.
• Store food, beverages, cleaning supplies and other hotel consumables safely and securely, with proper labelling and stock rotation.
• Maintain an orderly storeroom with controlled access, following hygiene and safety standards.
• Prepare inventory reports, goods received notes, stock cards, requisitions and issue vouchers.
• Work with housekeeping, catering, maintenance and other departments to support timely replenishment.

Requirements

• BSc or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Purchasing and Supply, or a related discipline.
• Three to five years of relevant inventory management or storekeeping experience; hospitality experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, Excel and inventory software.
• Strong integrity, numerical accuracy, organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling hotel consumables and relevant certifications are advantages.

Salary

₦200,000 per month.
